Ordering & Shipping
How do I place an order?
Simply add a product to your cart and follow the checkout process to complete your order.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is €10 excl. VAT for orders under €150. For orders above €150 excl. VAT, shipping is free.
What is the delivery time?
For standard orders the lead time is 2 working days. For laser-cut orders or other tailor made products, the minimum lead time is 5 business days. This only applies if the material is in stock.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Please contact us as soon as possible. In many cases, we can still modify the order if it has not yet been processed.
What happens if a product is out of stock?
We will contact you with an alternative or deliver the item once it becomes available again.
Can I place an order by phone or email?
Yes, customers can place orders via info@tapir.nl or by phone.
Can I have my order delivered to another location?
Yes, you can specify a different delivery address during checkout.
Payment
What payment methods are available?
You can securely pay using iDEAL, credit card, Bancontact, PayPal, or place an order on account.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
Yes, you will automatically receive an invoice by email once your order is completed.
Can I pay on account?
Business customers can order on account. Please contact us for the terms and conditions.
How can I change my billing address?
Log in to your account to change your billing address or contact us directly.
Product Information
Can I test the tape before ordering?
Yes, we offer samples for business customers. You can easily request one via this form.
Do you supply printed tape?
Yes, we offer personalized printed tape with your logo or message. Please contact us for more information.
Do you have tapes for repairing convertible roofs or sunshades?
No, tape is generally not suitable for these applications due to UV exposure and the water- and dirt-repellent nature of such materials.
I need tape in a specific shape. Can you help?
No problem! Contact us via the contact form or email us at info@tapir.nl with a description of the desired shape and application. If possible, include a sketch or sample. Our team will assess the possibilities and provide a suitable proposal.
