What is Anti slip tape?

R13 standard

R13 is the highest anti slip rating on the scale, with a very high slope angle. The R stands for the German word 'Rutsch' or slipping. The R-values ​​are expressed on a scale from 9 to 13, with R13 being the highest anti slip capacity. The 3M Safety-Walk 600 and 700 series have an R13 value, as do the Capra types 1 and 2N.
