3M™ Lead Foil Tape has been developed as an electrically and thermally conductive tape, highly conformable and resistant to fire, moisture, weather influences, UV, chemicals and radiation.
Together with the easily removable backing sheet, the tape is ideal for applications with complex shapes or for making stamped parts for a more efficient production process.

Can be die cut for easier application and faster production speed
Rubber adhesive layer in combination with the strong, durable carrier ensures a long life, but is still removable.
This tape has a high weather resistance and is used, among other things, as a masking tape during electroplating to prevent thickening during chrome plating. Also suitable as a radiation barrier and marking in X-ray techniques and as a moisture barrier.
