3M 425 Aluminium Foil Tape (38 mm x 55 m) is a universal aluminium tape with a clear acrylic adhesive for industrial sealing, protection and shielding. The very soft foil backing conforms well to curved or uneven surfaces and helps reflect heat and light.
Use-cases include sealing panels, ducts and HVAC systems, protecting surfaces during (chemical) paint stripping, masking/covering in galvanic processes, and creating a moisture barrier or thermally conductive fixing around pipes and heating hoses. Apply to a clean, dry surface for best performance.
