3M 5952 VHB tape is a highly conformable, closed-cell, pressure-sensitive acrylic foam tape. Suitable for powder-coated surfaces.
It bonds high, medium, and medium/low surface energy substrates. Its use provides ease of application, vibration damping, and excellent impact resistance.
- Suitable for use with decorative materials, trim components, nameplates and logos, electronic displays, panel-to-frame bonding, and panel reinforcement applications.
- Applicable across a wide range of industries, including transportation, LED technology, electronics, signage and display products, as well as general industrial applications.
- This black, modified tape features a highly conformable acrylic foam core with a thickness of 1. 1 mm. It adheres well to a broad variety of surfaces, including most powder-coated paints and irregular substrates.
